This adorable, toddler girl was reborn from the Kristaleta kit sculpted by
the talented artist Laura Tuzio-Ross from a limited edition of only 500, she is number 36 and will come with her numbered,
signed on the back certificate of authenticity.
She has full vinyl chubby, very detailed limbs and a faux doe-
suede white body. She has been carefully weighted to make her feel just right and still be cuddly at the same time. My girl
does not have the armature, I decided not to put it in her, I tried it and I actually liked her better without it because
she had more soft stuffing that way and to me was more cuddly. She has been weighted in her legs with small glass beads
and poly fill, her hands have polypellets and polyfill. Her head has polyfill only so that her head isn't too heavy for her
body. She can stand with something to lean on slightly, doesn't have to be much. She can sit but needs to be leaning against
something. Her arms can be moved up and down, and her head can be turned. She is meant to be a standing doll. All
of Alicia's body parts were painted in many thin layers with Genesis heat set paints, she has blue undertones
were a child her age would have them.
Alicia's's eyes are eyeco up-graded eyes in a beautiful shade of chuck hazel.
They are just beautiful, she looks like she is looking right at you. I gave her light brown wispy eyelashes, and
hand-painted eyebrows. Alicia's hair is a high quality, light brown wig which has been styled to fit and
frame her face. It has been secured to her head with a water-proof, strong adhesive, and can be styled.
She
can wear a size 9-12 months clothing, and a size 2 or 3 shoe depending on the type of shoe it is. She is 28 inches tall and
weighs about 8 lbs, 1 ozs.
Alicia's lips were painted using two different shades of genesis heat set paints, then
given a light gloss for realism. Her tongue was painted in many layers and also given a slightly textured surface with
genesis heat set glazing gel, than it was given gloss for realism. Her nostrils were opened, backed with dark felt,
and lightly glossed to look like she is alive. Alica's fingers and toes were all painted a baby pink with genesis
heat set paints, then tipped with ivory genesis paints for a natural, transparent looking nail. Gloss was then applied to
her nails. Alica's photos were all taken with natural light at different times of the day, hence some photos look a bit
darker than others.
